Overview

This challenge examines the relationship between legal gender gaps and women’s economic outcomes. We investigate how workplace protections, pay equity laws, entrepreneurship regulations, and parenthood policies affect women’s labor-force participation, earnings, sectoral mobility, and business performance across 190 economies.
